This is a full time position, minimum 32 hours per week and you will be responsible for managing a team of caregivers who consistently provide person centered care.

  • Enthusiasm, care and passion for making a difference to residents
  • Has a passion for leading a team and will support and mentor others
  • Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills
  • A current annual practising certificate (APC)
  • An ability to maintain high quality care documentation implement new systems and processes.
