Mō to tūranga - About the role: 

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes residents' wellbeing, independence, dignity, and choice.
  • Complete nursing assessments, care planning, evaluations, and clinical documentation to ensure residents receive safe and effective care.
  • Lead and support Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Assistants through delegation, coaching, and clinical guidance.
  • Monitor residents' health, identify clinical risks, and take appropriate action to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, resident wellbeing programmes, and the delivery of Enliven's Eden Philosophy of Care.

Mō koe - About You

  • A Bachelor of Nursing (Level 7) or an equivalent nursing qualification recognised by the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
  • You are flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • You are confident using a range of technology platforms and systems, with the ability to learn new applications quickly and accurately.
  • You are flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, AM, PM and Nights. 
  • You are a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
  • You have experience caring for older adults and a genuine passion for supporting positive ageing and resident wellbeing.
  • You are InterRAI trained or willing to maintain and develop the required competencies for the role.
  • You are a confident communicator with strong clinical assessment, documentation, and leadership skills.
  • You are committed to continuous professional development, quality improvement, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Currently based in Levin.
  • Hold the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
