Heritage Lifecare has a rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Harewood Road in Christchurch.
- Attractive hourly rate
- AM, PM and Weekend shifts.
- Permanent full-time (32 hours or more per week)
As we expand our nursing team and introduce hospital-standard care, we’re looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to join us in delivering exceptional patient care. You will have a positive compassionate attitude, the ability to make others smile, and be great at working with people. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents are cared for to the highest standard with kindness and patience, in a warm and caring atmosphere.
- As a Registered Nurse, you will use your skills to:
- Lead and develop a team of dedicated Caregivers to provide a high-level of quality care
- Develop and monitor care plans
- Carry out clinical assessments
- Form a lasting relationship with residents, families and GP’s
- Support the Clinical Services and Care Home Managers
Your Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad
- Hold a current APC
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine love for helping people, with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Have a good team spirit with empathy and drive to make a difference in the lives of others
- A passion for continuous improvement, with a sound understanding of the importance of health and safety procedures.
