As a Registered Nurse at Clutha Views Lifecare, no two days will be the same, but you can be certain that each day you will leave work feeling fulfilled, knowing that you’ve made a big difference in somebodies’ day. The work can be challenging, but it is also meaningful and rewarding, and the supportive and welcoming team will become your second family. As a Registered Nurse, you will use your skills to:
- Lead and develop a team of dedicated Caregivers to provide a high-level of quality care
- Develop and monitor care plans
- Carry out clinical assessments
- Form a lasting relationship with residents, families and GP’s
- Support the Clinical Services and Care Home Managers
He pūkenga tou | Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad
- Hold a current APC
- Have a good team spirit with empathy and drive to make a difference in the lives of others
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with others
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Familiar with computers and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Understanding of Nga Paerewa sectors standards and applying the Treaty of Waitangi standards in the workplace.
