About the role

Join our team as a Regional Digital Executive and be part of a forward-thinking team driving digital growth across markets, with opportunities to make a real impact on both customer experience and business performance. In this exciting role, you'll be the key connector between local marketing teams and our central digital hub - capturing on-the-ground insights, championing regional needs, and driving impactful digital experiences and commercial results across our sites.

Key responsibilities include;

• driving trading performance by supporting regional sites to hit local market goals through effective digital initiatives and understanding trading dynamics to unlock growth opportunities,
• leading CMS updates - keeping everything accurate, on-brand, and consistent while training and empowering local teams to do the same,
• partnering with the Group Digital Manager to evolve and elevate the Group’s digital platforms capabilities,
• championing and supporting the rollout and adoption of new digital tools ensuring new capabilities are fully realised across the business.

What you’ll bring 

• 3–5 years of experience in a digital role, ideally in a global or regional context,
• proven ability to support and execute paid digital marketing initiatives, and content across diverse platforms,
• proven ability to leverage website content and user journeys to enhance customer experiences and drive measurable commercial outcomes,
• proficient in digital analytics and reporting tools (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio),
• excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams,
• strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset,
• solid understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices,
• highly organised, with effective time management and attention to detail.
