Mō te tūranga - About the role

  • Plan and deliver meaningful recreational activities for residents
  • Create and follow individual recreation plans
  • Support activities across any day of the week
  • Drive and accompany residents on safe, enjoyable outings
  • Plan events while following strong Health & Safety practices

Mō koe – About You

  •  1+ years’ experience in aged care, recreation, or as an Support Worker 
  • Level 3 or 4 in Health & Wellbeing or Diversional Therapy (or in progress) 
  • Flexible, proactive, and willing to support activities outside normal hours
  • Strong customer service skills with admin and digital capability
  • Full, clean NZ licence; able to drive a manual van
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and aligned with our Eden philosophy
