Mō te tūranga - About the role
- Plan and deliver meaningful recreational activities for residents
- Create and follow individual recreation plans
- Support activities across any day of the week
- Drive and accompany residents on safe, enjoyable outings
- Plan events while following strong Health & Safety practices
Mō koe – About You
- 1+ years’ experience in aged care, recreation, or as an Support Worker
- Level 3 or 4 in Health & Wellbeing or Diversional Therapy (or in progress)
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to support activities outside normal hours
- Strong customer service skills with admin and digital capability
- Full, clean NZ licence; able to drive a manual van
- Enthusiastic, patient, and aligned with our Eden philosophy
