Receptionist - Part-time 

New Plymouth Hospital 

  

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We are seeking an individual to join our expanding team.  You will be required to provide a warm and professional welcome to all patients and visitors to the hospital.  You will also provide administrative support to our clinical and medical teams.  You will be working under the direction of the Support Services Manager. This role is permanent and working 20 hours per week (Monday to Saturday) on rostered shifts.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level or initiative and motivation
  • To be able to build and maintain positive working relationships across various teams
  • Work well under pressure and thrive on a challenge
  • Previous administration skills, keyboard and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Have a positive, friendly, proactive nature and great attention to detail
  • Proven customer relationship skills
