Receptionist / Administration Support – Tauranga

CAL Isuzu is the largest Isuzu truck dealership in New Zealand, with branches located in Northland, Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga. We are proud of our strong reputation within the transport industry and the long-standing relationships we have built with our customers.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist / Administration Support person to join our Tauranga team.

As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience while providing administrative support across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers, visitors and suppliers
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • General administration and office support duties
  • Processing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating and supporting the administration of the company Social Club
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring shared areas are well presented
  • Providing administrative support to various departments as required

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous administration, reception or office experience would be an advantage
