About the role 

The Office Administrator is a pivotal role at Male Support Services Waikato, providing support and administration services to the team. Reporting to the Office Manager, in this role you will assign and coordinate client referrals to the most appropriate provider, ensuring requirements are met and they are being fully informed along the way. You will be responsible for reception, data entry of sensitive information, and an array of other administration support work to ensure there is always paper in the photocopier; equipment is up to scratch and the office is humming. 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Previous administration and/or customer support experience
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills, integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Good organisational and time management skills 

We are looking for a special person who loves to juggle multiple balls in the air at any one time, who has an uncompromising focus of delivering exceptional admin/support to a busy team with excellent client focus 

The Organisation 

Our client Male Support Services Waikato (MSSW) is a Charitable Trust and a taonga to our men in the Waikato. They are here to support males of all ages and ethnicity who have been or are enduring harm, sexual, physical, mental, emotional or domestic abuse. The Trust is peer support driven, working alongside their own professionals who have a passion in this field. MSSW provide counselling, social work, one-to-one peer support, group support and whanau support are just some of the options available for getting help.
