Office and Administrative Support Worker

About the role:
Lead quality improvement, coordinate meaningful projects and help shape smarter ways of working
As our Quality Project Lead, you will work as part of our Administration team to coordinate quality assurance activities and lead agreed organisational projects from planning through to implementation. The role is part-time working 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility around how the hours are structured. The salary range is $50,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
You will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our quality systems, coordinating internal and external assurance activities, supporting policy and document control, monitoring improvement actions and ensuring projects maintain momentum and deliver their intended outcomes. Digital improvement is also an important part of the role. You will support the effective use of SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and other digital tools that can make processes more efficient without compromising quality, privacy or safety.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both thinking and doing. You will need to see the bigger picture while also being comfortable working through the detail required to get things done.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating WALSH Trust's quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
- Leading agreed organisational quality and improvement projects
- Coordinating organisational policy and procedure review processes
- Maintaining effective document control of policies, procedures, forms, templates and other controlled documents
- Supporting the structure and ongoing development of SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists and information systems
- Identifying opportunities to make effective use of SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and other approved digital tools
- Contributing to the administration team.
You ideally will bring:
- Experience in quality, projects, compliance, continuous improvement or a related area
- Demonstrated experience coordinating projects or improvement initiatives
- Strong Microsoft365 skills, including experience with SharePoint
- Excellent planning, organisation and follow-through
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders
- Strong written communication and document presentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate or Power BI would be an advantage
- Experience with health, disability, community services or non-for-profit sector would be beneficial.
