Quality Controller
Sunfruit Ltd is a multi-generational, Kiwi-owned, family company who are a well-established grower, packer and shipper of pipfruit and stonefruit. Our fruit is mainly seen in Countdown stores year-round and we also export all over the world under our own brand called Pickmee Fresh Ltd.
We are looking for experienced Quality Controllers to join our Hawkes Bay team at our state-of-the art facility. There will be opportunities for progression for the right candidate. We have a few positions available for an immediate start.
The Quality Controller is responsible for the effective testing of quality, food safety, and MPI Bio Security Systems in the Packhouse and Coolstore.

Additionally, for the specific role of Quality Controller we are looking for the following in a person:
- Experience in the Horticulture Industry.
- Phyto Certified
- Computer literate.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Staff management experience.
- Ability to assess situations efficiently and develop practical solutions when needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
