At RDNS New Zealand, we're passionate about delivering high-quality home and community healthcare services that help people remain independent and supported in their own homes.

We are looking for a Quality Business Analyst to join our team and drive continuous improvement across our operations. This is not an IT-focused Business Analyst role. Instead, you'll work closely with operational teams to analyse processes, improve systems and practices, ensure data quality, coordinate audits, and support staff to get the most out of our quality and scheduling systems.

If you're a natural problem solver who enjoys working with people, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering practical solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Reporting to the leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting quality, compliance, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

You will work closely with managers and stakeholders to understand business needs, identify process improvements, maintain data integrity, support system enhancements, and ensure quality frameworks are embedded throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with operational teams to understand challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
  • Maintain and improve data quality through regular reviews and data clean-up activities.
  • Test and evaluate new or updated systems and processes to ensure they meet operational requirements.
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal audits, quality reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and user guides.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to employees using quality and operational systems.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive positive outcomes and sustainable improvements.
  • Monitor and remain up to date with changes to health and disability standards, accreditation requirements, legislation, and reporting obligations, ensuring organisational compliance and continuous quality improvement.

About You

You are highly organised, analytical, and proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement and quality outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Experience in business analysis, quality assurance, continuous improvement, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Experience analysing data and identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and support change across different teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience delivering training and supporting end users.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and projects.
  • Experience within healthcare, community services, aged care, disability services, or a regulated industry is advantageous.
  • A self-motivated and proactive professional who is comfortable working independently, identifying opportunities for improvement, and taking initiative to address issues before they escalate.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience validating data accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and identifying root causes through the review of multiple data sources.

Why Join RDNS?

  • Flexible work environment that supports work-life balance
  • Meaningful work that makes a difference in people's lives
  • Supportive and collaborative culture
  • Opportunity to shape and improve systems, processes, and service quality
  • Competitive salary and excellent employee benefits
