Are you an experienced leader passionate about elevating quality, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring safe, high-performing environments? We’re seeking a Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager to lead our organisation’s Quality, Risk, Health & Safety and Compliance functions, ensuring best-practice systems, strong governance, safe practice, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

About the Role

  • Lead Quality, Risk, Compliance, H&S and Privacy functions, ensuring robust frameworks and audit processes.
  • Provide strategic advice and reporting to the CEO and Leadership Teams.
  • Oversee incident management, risk systems, audits, and health & safety performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative and contractual requirements with Te Whatu Ora, DSS, ACC and Oranga Tamariki.
  • Lead quality assurance, client experience surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide oversight of Infection Prevention & Control.
  • Champion cultural safety and ensure practice aligns with Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

About You

  • A Tertiary qualification in Quality, Risk and Compliance or being a Registered Nurse is essential.
  • Proven leadership experience in Quality, Risk, Compliance and Health & Safety.
  • Strong knowledge of NZ legislation and sector standards.
  • Excellent reporting, analysis, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, solutions focused approach and commitment to cultural responsiveness.
