About the Role

This is a permanent, 30‑hour‑per‑week position, Monday to Friday. We welcome teachers with strengths in any age group and will work with you to find the best classroom fit.

Our centre features four modern learning spaces and two spacious outdoor areas designed to inspire exploration, creativity, and meaningful learning. Flexible transitions ensure each tamaiti moves when they’re ready and supported.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a teacher who is committed, reflective, and ready to make a genuine difference. You will bring:

  • A Level 7 ECE or Primary qualification and current certification
  • Strong understanding of child‑led curriculum, planning, and extending learning
  • Solid knowledge of ECE Regulations, Te Whāriki, and a commitment to compliance
  • A genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in your practice
  • Passion, professionalism, and a drive for high‑quality teaching
