About the Role
We are looking for an experienced educator to join our Prep Room (4-5 years old), working full-time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday).
Our Set for School programme is designed to nurture confident, competent lifelong learners who transition smoothly into primary school. Our Prep Room tamariki take pride in their roles as rangatira (leaders) of the centre, developing strong relationships with their peers, whānau, and local schools.
What We’re Looking For
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
- ECE teaching experience
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum and planning
- Knowledge of ECE regulations, Te Whāriki, and compliance
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice
- Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences
