BestStart Waiata Shores is seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified and Certificated Teacher to join our energetic and tight-knit team. Our focus is to provide quality education to the children in our community.
BestStart Waiata Shores is a brand new early learning centre, now open in Conifer Grove, Takanini. We provide quality education and care for children aged between 3 months to 5 years old. Our indoor environments are built purposely to support the learning and development of different age groups – Infants, Toddlers and Preschool. Each room is equipped with high quality, focused resources designed to spark curious minds.
This is a permanent fulltime position working 40 hours per week with our toddlers.

About the Role:

We are looking for the following:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification
- Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
- Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
