About the Role
Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced educator, if you have a passion for teaching young children, we want to hear from you!
This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) on a rotating roster between 6:45 AM and 6:00 PM. You will work alongside children aged 0-3 years in a thoughtfully designed environment that encourages exploration and learning. Our supportive management team will provide guidance and mentorship to help you grow in your career.

What We’re Looking For:
- A BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification
- A strong understanding of child-led curriculum and a passion for extending children’s learning
- A commitment to reflective practice and professional growth
- A solid understanding of ECE regulations, Te Whāriki, and compliance requirements
- A dedication to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive teaching practices
- An innovative mindset with a focus on sustainability
- A positive attitude, initiative, and enthusiasm for making a difference
