BestStart Raumati is seeking a passionate, dedicated Qualified and Certificated Kaiako to join our warm, energetic, and close‑knit team.

About the Role
We are looking for a Kaiako to work primarily with tamariki over 2 years old, who also embraces a tuakana–teina approach, where older and younger tamariki learn alongside, with, and from one another. This supports collaboration, empathy, leadership, and shared problem‑solving. Older tamariki gain confidence and responsibility, while younger tamariki learn through observation, imitation, and meaningful interaction.
