Qualified Teacher (BestStart Park Green)
We’re on the lookout for a qualified and passionate teacher to join our brand-new centre in the heart of the Rosehill, Karaka community. This is a rare opportunity to work in a bright, purpose-built environment with children aged 2-5 while helping to shape the centre’s culture and philosophy from the ground up.
We’re seeking a teacher who brings strong teamwork, adaptability, and a genuine desire to contribute to something special. Experience in ECE—especially with learning documentation—is a plus, we are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, empathetic, and approaches teaching with warmth and compassion.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
Role requirements:
- BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
- Understanding of child-led curriculum and planning
- Familiarity with Te Whāriki and the current ECE regulations
- A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and bicultural practice
- A genuine passion for early learning and quality care
