About the role

As our Nursery Kaiako, you will help provide high‑quality education and care for our pēpi (0–2 years). You’ll join a fully staffed, collaborative nursery team licensed for 16 babies, where responsive care, secure attachments, and calm, nurturing practice are at the heart of our day.

This is a permanent, full‑time role (40 hours, Monday–Friday).

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • ECE qualified and holds a current practising certificate
  • Passionate about infant development
  • Nurturing, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Confident in child‑led curriculum and planning
  • Knowledgeable about ECE regulations, Te Whāriki, and compliance
  • Committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in daily practice
  • Dedicated to delivering high‑quality teaching and ongoing professional growth
