About the Role:
BestStart Kaiapoi is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kaiako to join our experienced and close-knit team in a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. You will be on a rotating roster, supporting with opening and closing shifts. The centre is open from 6.30am - 6pm each day.

What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified ECE teacher (Level 7) with a current practising certificate
- Energy, positivity, and a willingness to learn
- A commitment to Te Whāriki and child-led learning
- Respect for and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
