BestStart Apirana is seeking a qualified teacher to join our diverse, multicultural centre, reflected in our team, tamariki, and local curriculum.

We are looking for someone energetic, innovative, and a strong team player to join our 3-5 yr olds team. Bring your imagination and creativity, as we love to delight and inspire. Our medium-sized center is tucked away just off the main road, yet conveniently located near shops, cafes, and public transport such as buses and trains.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.
Role requirements:
Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification
- Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
- Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
