If you’re a new grad ready for your first teaching role, or looking for a fresh start, we would love to welcome you. Experience isn’t essential. Our team is rich with knowledgeable, supportive Kaiako who are ready to mentor, guide, and uplift a PCT as they begin their teaching journey. You’ll never be left on your own; we grow together.
This role is 35 hours per week, from 10.30am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.

What We’re Looking For
- A Qualified ECE Teacher (Level 7) with current certification
- Someone who values child-led learning and responsive practice
- A teacher who understands Te Whāriki and ECE regulations
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- A bubbly, fun-loving personality with a great sense of humour
- Most importantly — someone passionate about making a difference
