About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
As a valued member of our teaching team, you will:
- Advocate for equitable outcomes for all tamariki
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences
- Contribute to our centre philosophy, local curriculum, and strategic priorities
- Build meaningful partnerships with families and whānau
- Support children's learning through thoughtful assessment, planning, and evaluation
- Create engaging learning environments that reflect children's interests and strengths

What We're Looking For
You'll bring:
- BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) qualification
- Current New Zealand Teaching Certification
- Strong understanding of child-led learning and curriculum planning
- Sound knowledge of Te Whāriki and current ECE regulations
- A genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice
- Passion for delivering high-quality education and care
- The ability to build positive relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues
- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
