Project Manager

Career Opportunity with established Not for Profit.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about building new homes for people, whether it be social housing, Retirement villages or aged care facilities. We have a number of projects in the pipeline and are looking for the right person to help us deliver our development programme We can’t pay you the most, we don’t have flash offices, but we do have a huge heart for what we do. We are passionate about people and we are looking for you.

You will be working full-time, 40 hours per week between Monday-Friday. 

About You

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Project Manager with strong self-motivation and interpersonal skills. You will be able to relate to people, and communicate at all levels. You will be professional, ethical and able to maintain confidentiality. 

Ideally you will also have:

  • A relevant qualification in a property development related field (Property, Construction Engineering or Project Management, or equivalent experience/training).
  • 4+ years’ experience in a property development role, including for new large-scale build projects. 
  • PMBOK, PRINCE2 or equivalent project/programme management qualification.
  • Confidence with New Zealand property related legislation.
