 We need an experienced, organised and detail-oriented project manager who is adept at juggling multiple projects. If you’re a project professional who knows their way around a breadth of project management and delivery methodologies, tools and approaches and isn’t afraid to take the lead to ensure success, then read on.  

Working directly with the Protect Programme Lead, you’ll have responsibility for the management of one or more projects within a strategic programme of work designed to protect customers, partners and revenue streams alongside managing the implementation of enterprise-wide regulatory change. 

You’ll be experienced across a range of project and delivery management methods and sharing your knowledge with others to lift maturity in project planning, schedules, resource allocation, risks, issues, dependencies, reporting, meeting facilitation, and cross functional collaboration. 

Working closely with a range of stakeholders across the organisation, your hands-on approach will ensure that business outcomes are delivered successfully and that the Protect Programme achieves its overarching strategic goals.

You’ll bring the following to the table: 

  • Demonstrable project management experience, across business and technology deliverables
  • Project scheduling and resource management 
  • Managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders 
  • Comfortable working in a technical environment 
  • Experience delivering change across a broad range of people, process and systems 
  • Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred  
  • Experience with Risk or regulatory change projects is preferred
