About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will be largely assisting our Construction Manager, Operations Manager's and Quantity Surveyors to coordinate and administer our varied Commercial and Industrial construction projects across Otago and Southland.
The role could be based in either Otago or Southland.
You will be responsible for onsite and offsite based administration on projects and provide all round support to our site teams.
Skills and Attributes You will Need

You will be committed to achieving successful project outcomes, have demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision-making and assertiveness to promote the use of standard tools, templates, and practices. Additionally, we will be looking for the following attributes from candidates:
· A formal qualification in Construction, Project, Contract Management or Quantity Surveying would be advantageous
· A sound knowledge of NZA3910, 3915 and 3916 construction contracts would be beneficial
· A high degree of computer literacy in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Procore and Microsoft Project is required
· Proven organisational skills along with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines whist preserving ahigh level of accuracy
· Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
· Sound judgement and proven ability to work under pressure
· A commitment to providing a high-level support
· Excellent administration skills
· Experience in the use of Procore project management systems would be beneficial
· Experience in quality management plans including ITP’s, Project Handover Plans etc would be advantageous
