Production Wet End Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader for our wet end process that knows that relationships are key, both between the team and our clients, that are Relentlessly Driven to doing the best and providing solutions, to lead our Night Shift Filler and Depal Teams.

The position is for a 9-hour shift, Monday 12pm – 9pm, Tues-Friday 1pm – 10pm.
While bottling or beverage experience is desirable, we are looking for a seasoned Leader who has the following attributes:
- Need to be “Straight Up”, doing what they say they are going to do and being reliable.
- Able to build the right team and performance, understanding that "We Care" for our colleagues and our customers.
- Builds performance through ensuring the team is “Stronger together” – celebrating diversity, developing people and collaborating between individuals and teams.
- Need to understand that “Accuracy is our game”, so ensuring that the production team completes operations to quality and safety standards.
