WineWorks are looking for our next Production Planner for someone seeking a new employment challenge in the wine bottling industry. This full-time & permanent role working Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.  

This is a crucial role within WineWorks in the front end of our production process. You will become a key point of contact for our valued clients and our internal team primarily responsible for placing bookings for production bottling runs. You will need to be a practical and logical thinker who can plan ahead and utilise production space for greatest efficiencies within the given limitations. You will become a key team member of our Pre-Production and Client Services Team while working closely with other WineWorks departments.

  • Are highly organised and have excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail, be able to scan documents and identify errors
  • Be able to recognise and resolve issues as they arise, be able to pre-empt problems and provide solutions as required
  • Have intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel computer skills
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Are a New Zealand Citizen or Resident 
  • Happy to undergo pre-employment psychometric testing
