  About the role

  • Full-time and permanent position – role title of ‘Production Planner’ in the Client Services team. 
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, however, flexibility in these hours may be required on occasion.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with WineWorks clients and the Production team to ensure timely updates and changes are disseminated effectively.
  • Coordinate production runs by booking space and resources in the calendar to optimise efficiency and minimize downtime, anticipating potential issues and proposing solutions.
  • Provide exceptional client service by communicating promptly and clearly with clients, internal departments, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and supporting the development of excellent client relationships.

Skills and experience

  • Proven attention to detail with a high level of information retention.  
  • Competently uses Microsoft applications. 
  • Ability to organise, prioritise, and complete tasks on time.  
  • Build great rapport and relationships with our clients and internal team members.  
  • Recognise and pre-empt issues, and offer solutions as required.
