The Opportunity

As a Product Owner, you’ll play a pivotal role in one of TSB’s key Missions, cross‑functional initiatives directly linked to our enterprise Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Reporting to a Value Stream Lead, you’ll partner closely with Mission Owners (our senior leaders), delivery squads and stakeholders across the bank. Your role is to turn strategy into action, shaping the roadmap, setting priorities and enabling teams to deliver value that makes a real difference for customers and colleagues.

You’ll be the connector between vision and delivery, making informed, real‑time decisions that balance customer needs, business outcomes and delivery capability.

What you’ll bring

You’re someone who brings clarity to complexity and momentum to important work. You’ll likely have:

  • Strong experience as a  Product Owner in agile environments, delivering digital, product or customer‑focused change
  • A strategic mindset with practical delivery instincts , you know how to turn big ideas into achievable outcomes
  • Confidence working with senior leaders, facilitating conversations and building trusted relationships
  • A customer‑centred approach, grounded in agile ways of working
  • A proven ability to translate strategy into OKRs, backlogs, epics and sprint plans that drive results

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Translating Mission vision into a clear product roadmap and prioritised backlog
  • Acting as the voice of the customer and the business, balancing desirability, feasibility and viability
  • Partnering with Mission Owners to align outcomes to enterprise strategy and OKRs
  • Creating strong feedback loops with users, delivery teams and stakeholders to continuously improve outcomes
  • Supporting delivery accountability across squads, aligned to TSB’s quarterly enterprise cadence
