As the Produce department's 2IC you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operation of our produce department. Working closely with the Produce Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. 

Hours are: 3am - 2pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help lead and motivate our small produce team
• Keep things moving – picking, packing, loading and dispatching orders like a pro
• Keep stock levels in check and the warehouse clean, safe, and humming
• Jump in on problem-solving, process improvements and people management
• Make sure everything’s done by the book – and done right

What You’ll Bring:

• Warehouse experience (bonus points if you’ve led a team before!)
• Strong communication and solid people skills
• Super organised and cool under pressure
• A good eye for detail and a safety-first mindset
• Current Forklift licence and Class 2 licence
• The ability to cover shifts when needed
