Bidfood Hawke’s Bay is looking for a motivated person to join our Produce team as a Store Person.

Are you energetic, hands-on, and ready to work in a fast-paced, fun, and supportive environment? Bidfood Hawke’s Bay is looking for a Store Person to join our Produce team and keep operations running smoothly.

Work Days & Hours:

• Monday to Friday: between 3:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Saturdays: Rostered

Key Responsibilities: 

• Pick up stock from suppliers and other times required
• Pick, pack and handle orders (lifting up to 20 kg)
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised Produce department
• Follow food safety and health & safety guidelines
• Rotate stock and handle goods carefully
• Keep operations moving with a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For: 

• Reliable team player with a “let’s get it done” mindset
• Previous warehouse experience is a bonus (training provided if needed)
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Holder of a Class 2 driver’s licence
• Comfortable working in a cold environment

• Eligible to work in NZ (citizen/resident/valid permit)
• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test
