A background and passion for cultural education, promotion and use of te reo Māori is paramount.

This role will provide support to grow our Raukawa culture and mātauranga ā-iwi amongst uri o Raukawa through community based cultural education, promotion, engagement, programme facilitation and relationship building and providing support that empowers hapū, marae and whānau aspirations.

This role combines both a mixture of in-office and out-of-office time to promote strong marae and iwi community connection, with flexible working arrangements including work from home options available.

The Pou Kōkiri role will be suited to those with a strong kaupapa Māori commitment.
