We are seeking an experienced ACC Portfolio Manager to lead the end-to-end management of two key ACC contracts: Living My Life (LML), and Maximising Independence (MI). This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery while achieving annual growth targets and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

About the Role

  • Manage the full lifecycle of ACC contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual and organisational requirements.
  • Achieve annual growth targets for ACC client numbers and service hours.
  • Monitor service quality, clinical outcomes, and operational performance.
  • Support organisational accreditation against the Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standard.
  • Lead internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage operational budgets and ensure effective KPI reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including ACC and Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand.
  • Provide leadership and support to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.

About You

  • Experience in health, disability, or rehabilitation services, with strong contract management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. 
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working with ACC contracts and quality frameworks is essential.
  • A proactive, solutions focused approach and commitment to cultural responsiveness.
  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare, social services, or business management would be desirable.
