The role  

We are currently seeking a confident, motivated and organised person to join our Policy and Strategy team as a Policy and Strategy Administrator. This is a permanent full-time position located in Palmerston North.

In this position, you’ll play a key role in ensuring policy, iwi engagement, climate change coordination and rural advice processes run smoothly and efficiently. This includes varied tasks from assisting with stakeholder engagement and organising events, to overseeing invoicing and document management. Working closely with the policy, rural advice, iwi and hapū relationships and climate advice teams, along with internal stakeholders, you’ll provide administrative and coordination support across a range of initiatives. This role requires simultaneously managing multiple tasks and responsibilities with competing deadlines, so excellent organisational skills are essential.
