About the Role
We have an exciting chance to become a part of the Platform Engineering Leadership team at TSB.
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Data leader with substantial expertise in data engineering and warehousing platforms.
As a Platform Engineering Lead, your role will involve guiding the team that operates and sustains our data platforms, offering leadership and a Product-as-a-Service mindset regarding the roadmap for changes within the platform team.
Prior experience in line management and leading the team you support is essential, ensuring your team has the environment necessary for success.
You will be integrated into a motivated and empowered platform leadership team, collaborating on platform challenges and facilitating outcomes for TSB delivery teams and clients.
