Our TSB team in Takapuna is looking for a Personal Banking Advisor You'll be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships. Your passion will be delivering all customers with exceptional service, while being responsible for providing banking solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals. Having a continuous commitment towards putting the needs of our customers first will set you apart from the rest, and your ability to use initiative and self-manage when required, will be critical to your success. To succeed in this role, you'll:
- Be working towards a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5, TSB can help you to obtain this
- Previous front line experience in banking
- Able to connect and engage with people at a variety of levels
- Enjoy supporting our customers and providing exceptional service
- Good use of all Microsoft applications and savvy with picking up new systems
