We are looking for a Personal Banking Advisor to join our amazing TSB team!
This is an exciting position with the opportunity to join a close team environment, in a brand-new location and to build your career within a highly successful, growing, and ambitious organisation.

You will commence training for this role, at the Takapuna Branch, until the Newmarket Branch is scheduled to open, mid-June. 

About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.  The role requires passion to deliver all customers with exceptional service, while being responsible for providing banking solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals.   Having a continuous commitment towards putting the needs of our customers, the ability to use initiative and self-manage when required, will be critical to the success of this position.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Provide sound financial advice to help educate and engage with customers
  • Create and develop long term relationships to support financial needs
  • Identify and proactively report Conduct, Compliance and Operational Credit Risks

We are looking for candidates who have

  • A New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 is preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years previous New Zealand banking/financial service experience.
  • Able to pick up new systems, processes quickly.
  • Enjoy connecting and engaging with people at a variety of levels, providing exceptional service.
