Who are you?

We’re seeking a customer centric superstar to join our Takapuna team as a Personal Banking Advisor. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships. 

This is a permanent full time role Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

You will deliver all customers with expectational service while being responsible for providing banking solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals. 

You will have a great understanding of customer needs and thrive in a role that allows you to build and maintain strong connections. With a ‘can do’ attitude, strong communication and negotiation skills, you’ll deliver key messages and banking solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will be a team player who works effectively with others to meet targets. 

Having a continuous commitment towards putting the needs of our customers first will set you apart from the rest, and your ability to use initiative and self-manage when required, will be critical to your success.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services L5
  • Previous Banking experience desirable 
  • Proficient use of Microsoft word, Excel, and Power point 
  • Preferable experience of 1+ years in a customer service role
