About the Role

The Personal Assistant role is a new position primarily supporting our Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for our National Construction Team.  Based at our Christchurch office, you will provide high level support in a strategic and practical capacity.    

The key duties and responsibilities include diary and email management, preparing high-level documentation, managing, scheduling, and arranging meeting and events. 

We are looking for a down to earth, energetic, and excellent communicator, who has lots of initiative and motivation. Experience working within a senior management structure and strong knowledge with systems and software would be advantageous.

Skills and Attributes

The successful candidates will be able to consistently demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.  You are energetic, keen to learn, and enjoy working in a team environment and won't be afraid to take ownership of your work.  Previous experience in this type of role would be beneficial. 

Additionally, we will be looking for the following attributes from candidates:

· Strong administrative skills, including minute taking

· Able to use construction-based technology (Procore, HubSpot, mobile devices, desktop applications)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Organised, efficient and proactive whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy
