Our busy People & Culture team support 1,700 employees across multiple sites & remotely across the North Island. 

Mō te tūranga | About the role 

The People and Culture Administrator is a newly created position ready for you to put your stamp on. Our People & Culture Business Partnering team is looking for someone who is super organised, fantastic at administration and customer service. They will also need to be proactive and have the initiative to move things forward and get tasks completed on time.  

You will provide support to the People & Culture Business Partnering team of all parts of the employee life cycle, including variations to agreements, long service leave and coordination of multiple P&C processes.

Mōu ake | About you

  • Some People & Culture administration or coordination experience an advantage but not essential. 
  • Strong attention to detail and computer skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. 
  • A positive attitude and a warm, welcoming and professional manner with the ability to engage easily with a wide range of people.  
  • Strong relationship building skills. 
  • Goal oriented and results driven performance. 
  • Some understanding of employment related legislation – or a willingness to learn.  
  • The ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
