Kaupapa | Purpose

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this position will support the People and Culture team with efficient administration and coordination expertise.

Key Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Providing high quality administrative and coordination support to the People and Culture team. 
  • Ownership of end to end People and Culture coordination including managing and maintaining people and culture records.
  • Providing values-based service and first level advice and escalating through the advisory and partnering team where appropriate.

Contributing and growing people and culture expertise through involvement in projects, development and implementation. He kōrero mōu| About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience working in a people, culture and wellbeing team providing specialised administration and coordination.
  • An understanding of the application of people and culture processes and frameworks
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent people engagement skills as well as strong written and verbal communication and ability to apply initiative. 
  • An aptitude for learning, the ability to pick up new tasks quickly and an interest in developing your skills and capability in people and culture delivery.
