As a critical member of our People and Culture team you will drive your regional portfolio to improve the delivery of HR services and develop and enhance companywide people approaches that foster a positive culture whilst achieving business outcomes.
You will use metrics to tell a story, measure success and advise on your next potential enhancement.
Your teamwork, relationship management and partnering skills will be a key to your success in this role as will your breadth of Human Resources capability which will ideally include employee relations, talent management, people strategy and policy, organisational development, workforce planning, remuneration, systems and analytics, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
As a natural coach with experience in a unionised 24/7 business you will guide and empower your managers in all aspects of ER whilst continuously focusing on value add by understanding business drivers and translating these into people approaches.

You will understand the importance of data and how it informs strategy, you won’t be afraid to bust myths and use creative ways to deliver objectives in a vast employee network. Your empathy and natural ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity will stand you in good stead to navigate the continued challenges the health sector faces.
Your ability to succeed through others will see you succeed in delivering value to the business.
