We’re now looking for a People and Culture Advisor to join our supportive national P&C team and help us deliver trusted, high-quality people services across our care homes and villages.
What you’ll do
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll work alongside our People and Culture Business Partners to provide professional HR advice, operational support, and guidance to our leaders and employees.
You’ll help to ensure our people practices are consistent, compliant, and people-centred — supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding, to performance, engagement, and change.
