Our People & Capability team are dedicated to building a centre of capability, expertise, and innovation that will help the future success of our Council. The coordinator role is the heart of our small and dynamic team, and your exceptional abilities will play a vital role ensuring smooth operations and help us to do things a little differently.
In this role, no two days will be the same, from coordinating recruitment activities to assisting with onboarding new employees and input into HR policy and system development your contribution will be key to maintaining a positive employee experience, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and set up for success. You will work closely with our Payroll Coordinator; it is critical that you gel and support each other.
He kōrero mōu - About you
Your attention to detail will help you succeed in this role, from maintaining accurate records and coordinating schedules to supporting the implementation of key initiatives to help our Council to grow.
We are looking for someone that can adapt to our fast paced and ever-changing environment, that can think outside the box and is eager to deliver exceptional customer service while finding innovative solutions to improve our processes.
And of course, you will have exceptional computer skills and be comfortable manipulating HR metrics for reports and updates.
