People Project Officer - Fixed Term 18 Months.

At MASH Trust, we're building the systems, learning programmes and organisational capability that support great outcomes for the people we work alongside.

We're looking for a People Project Officer to help turn ambitious ideas into practical, sustainable improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across Human Resources, Learning and Development, Health, Safety and Quality, supporting projects that strengthen workforce capability, improve systems and processes, and enhance the way we support our people.

If you enjoy taking a project from concept through to implementation, are naturally curious, and like figuring out better ways of doing things, we'd love to hear from you.


Hours - Full-time working Monday to Friday between hours of 8am - 5pm to be confirmed with right applicant.


About the role

You will coordinate staff rosters, support day-to-day operations and work closely with service mangers to ensure services are well resourced. You will provide operational and administrative support for continuous improvement initiatives to help us, as an organisation, deliver quality person -centred support.


What you’ll do

  • Create and maintain staff rosters across a busy operational environment
  • Proactively identifying gaps and securing cover at short notice
  • Building strong relationships with operational leaders and internal teams
  • Communicating changes, risks, and updates clearly and confidently
  • Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide operational and administrative support

     

Skill and Experience:

  • Experience in rostering, scheduling or administration
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience in healthcare, disability or community services is an advantage
