We are looking for a superstar People & Culture Coordinator to join our People Operations team. In this fixed term role, you will collaborate with a small, dynamic team who love to celebrate wins, share knowledge and support each other. You’ll assist with recruitment and onboarding for a large technology programme and also gain broad exposure to our core HR initiatives, while some of the team are focussed on strategic projects. 

This is a perfect opportunity for someone early in the HR career looking to build strong generalist foundations. You will provide end to end people & culture coordination, ensuring our people systems and services run smoothly. You’ll receive coaching from our experienced P&C Co-ordinator, Advisors and our People Operations Manager, helping you build confidence across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on & offboarding, people movements, remuneration changes, updating policies, health, safety & wellbeing, engagement and reporting. You will help shape great employee experiences, working with people who love what they do, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are not afraid to go above and beyond to get the job done.

About the role  

As part of our People & Culture team you’ll be well supported by our existing Co-ordinator and team of P&C Advisors and have the opportunity to assist leaders through people matters and queries. You will maintain accurate records, help to manage the HR shared inbox by providing first level support to leaders, external parties and employees. You will work with HR data and metrics to produce a variety of HR reports.

This is a 6-month Fixed Term opportunity based in our Wellington head office.

You’ll bring the following experience to the table:  

  • 1-2 years’ experience in HR administration/ coordination or Recruitment
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with people at all levels
  • An eye for detail and great time management 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
