Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a People and Culture professional to take a lead role our Business Partnering team and help shape the future of our workforce. 

About the role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll lead a team of People and Culture Business Partners while partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to deliver practical, effective people solutions.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll coach and support leaders through complex people matters, contribute to organisational change and leadership development, and use workforce insights to help inform better business decisions.

You'll also help strengthen MASH's workforce capability through workforce planning, organisational design, workforce analytics and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Business Partnering team. 
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across MASH. 
  • Provide expert advice across employment relations, leadership, organisational development and change. 
  • Support workforce planning and organisational design initiatives. 
  • Use people and workforce data to identify trends and inform organisational decision-making. 
  • Contribute to the development of people policies, programmes and initiatives that enhance organisational capability. 
  • Champion a positive, values-based culture that supports engagement, wellbeing and performance.

About you

You'll be an HR or People and Culture professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, solving complex problems and helping organisations succeed through their people.

You will bring:

  • HR generalist or business partnering experience, including experience leading or mentoring a team.
