About the role
Skyline is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented People & Capability Coordinator to join our centralised People & Capability team, based at Skyline Queenstown.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR and gain experience within a growing, values-driven organisation. We're looking for someone who holds themselves to a high standard and takes genuine pride in delivering accurate, quality work.
Reporting to the Group Manager - P&C Operations and working closely with our New Zealand-based P&C team, leaders, employees, candidates, you'll provide effective coordination and administration across a wide range of P&C processes, all while playing a key role in supporting the employee experience. No two days are the same, and you'll be exposed to broader aspects of People & Capability across our global operations.
Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will take ownership, follow through on commitments, learn quickly, and enjoy being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
